Leadership Assessment for Pediatric Fellows and Faculty
Protocol: STUDY00006128
Full Title
Validity Evidence for a Novel Leadership Tool in Pediatric Subspecialty Training
This study is designed to collect data on a new leadership assessment tool that can be used in pediatric fellow training programs. Specifically, this leadership assessment can assess fellows as they are training and identify learning gaps for the fellow and the training program as a whole.

This study will be enrolling both fellows and faculty advisors. Participation will involve the completion of a short online survey that will include the leadership assessment tool. Fellows will complete the survey as a self-assessment whereas faculty will complete the survey for a minimum of 1-2 fellows at each stage of training. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes for fellows to complete and less than 5 minutes for faculty to complete for each fellow.
