Fueling Future Fitness: The Effects of Episodic Future Thinking on Choice for Physical Activity
Description
This study looks at whether thinking about positive life events influences someone’s choice to be physically active. This could help us learn new ways to encourage healthy habits.

In this study, you will:
- Complete questionnaires
- Generate and think about descriptions of positive life events
- Engage in either a physical activity or a more relaxed activity

Eligibility
- 18 to 24 years old
- Live a lifestyle where you are sitting a lot
- Want to change your lifestyle to become more physically activity
- Able to safely participate in physical activity
