Online Study for Mid-Life Couples
Protocol: STUDY00009684
Full Title
Exploring a Collaborative Approach to Tracking the Menopause and Andropause Journey
Description
As we approach mid-life, our bodies begin to change. Women experience menopause and men experience andropause. These changes can impact our moods, physical health, and overall well-being. These changes can sometimes put stress on relationships and make it difficult for partners to communicate effectively. However, there is currently not a good way to support couples experiencing these changes.

A research team from the University at Buffalo is trying to learn more about how online tools may help to better support mid-life couples. They are recruiting couples aged 40 to 60 years old to complete an online study.

All participants will complete an online survey that should take 5 – 10 minutes to complete. Some participants will be invited to complete a second part of the study. This will involve completing a daily survey (10 - 15 minutes) for one week. They will also complete an hour-long online interview with the research team.

Participants can earn up to $30 ($60 per couple) for completing all parts of the study.
