Full Title
An investigation of mobile administered cues on physical activity over 2-weeks
Description
This study enrolls adults ages 18-45. The purpose of this study is to learn more about people's thoughts about the future and exercise.

During the study, you will participate in 2 phone call appointments (about 30 minutes each) and 1 in-lab appointment (about 60-75 minutes). You will wear an activity tracker for two weeks and check a mobile web-based app daily. You will also complete some surveys while in the study. Lab visits take place at UB's South Campus.

Technical Description

The objective of this protocol is to complete a pilot study examining if EFT helps with increasing physical activity/decreasing sedentary activity versus a health information control over 2-weeks.

Eligibility
Adults ages 18-45.
Have access to smartphone or wi-fi connected tablet.
Are able to do moderate physical activity.
