Doctors from UB are looking for adults living with tricuspid regurgitation (TR) for a clinical trial. TR happens when there is a leaking heart valve. This occurs when the heart’s tricuspid valve does not close as it should. The blood flows backwards instead of forward with each heartbeat which may cause people to feel tired. They may also have swelling in their legs and stomach and might be unable to do as much because their heart is not working properly. Read More
