The Identification of Persistent Post-Concussion Symptoms in Children Using Field-Expedient Assessments
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Rehabilitation Sciences is looking for both healthy teens and those that have had a concussion within the last year for an in-person study. The goal of the study is to learn more about how to better diagnose symptoms of concussion that might be hard to notice (such as difficulty remembering, reading quickly, concentrating, or maintaining balance/walking).

Participants will complete a 1.5 hour long study visit to the UB South Campus (at Main Street and Bailey Avenue). They will complete surveys and several balance and vision tests. Participants can earn up to $40.

Eligibility
Teens aged 12-17 years old Fluent in English Either have never had a concussion OR have had a concussion in the past 12 months
