You must not have a history of a diagnosed neurological or psychiatric disorder.
Healthy volunteers must not have been exposed to a serious traumatic event during their lifetime.

1- Have not had a urinary tract infection in the past
2- Do not presently have pain when they urinate
3- Do not presently have burning when they urinate
4- Have not been urinating more frequently recently
5- Are not presently taking any antibiotics
