Adults with hypertension (high blood pressure) who were previous participants in the Lorundrostat medication study will be eligible to participate. Teens between the ages of 12-18 years old who have been diagnosed with obesity and have at least one other diagnosis related to obesity (such as high blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, sleep apnea)
Have a history of at least one unsuccessful attempt to lose weight
