Description
A research team from the University at Buffalo wants to better engage Ross Eye Institute patients in studies. However, they first want to gauge the level of interest and willingness to participate.

Current patients are invited to complete a survey to help guide future research projects. The survey will take 15 to 20 minutes.

-This study is only open to current patients of the Ross Eye Institute.
