Nutritional Interventions to Maintain Medical Skill Performance in Cold Environments
Description
We’re looking to see if natural ingredients found in coffee, tea, and chocolate (called xanthines) can help people stay warmer and keep their hands working well in cold environments.
This study looks at how xanthines affect body temperature and the ability to do simple tasks with your hands when it’s cold outside.

18-34 years old
Not obese
Consume caffeine daily
