Attrition Among Academic Otolaryngologists
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Otolaryngology is recruiting ENT doctors that have left roles in academia for an interview study. The goal of the study is to learn more about the reasons ENT doctors may leave academia. The results of the study may be used to help improve working conditions and retention rates for ENTs in academia.

Participants will complete a one-hour interview by phone or Zoom. They will answer questions about their background, experiences in academia, and their reasons for leaving academia.
Compensation: No
Eligibility
Adults 18 years or older Otolaryngologists that have transitioned out of positions in academia Speak English
Age Group: Adults
