Managing Nasal Septal Hematomas: A Pre and Post-Test Analysis
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Otolaryngology (or the study of the ears, nose, and throat) is looking for emergency department (ED) doctors and medical students to complete a survey study. The goal of this study is to gather data to help better educate ED doctors on the diagnoses and management of nasal septal hematomas (or when blood collects in your nose between your nostrils, usually resulting from an injury).

Participants will complete a 7-question pre-survey. They will then watch a short 5-minute video. They will then complete a 7-question post-survey and 3 additional questions about themselves.

Eligibility
Adults over the age of 18 years old Doctors or medical students in emergency departments or pediatric emergency departments Fluent in English
