Use of the Impella ECP??? in Undergoing an Elective or Urgent High-Risk Percutaneous Coronary Intervention | ABMD-CIP-22-01
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Medicine is enrolling adults with complex heart disease in a clinical trial. The goal of the study is to see if a new heart pump (the Impella ECP) can help the heart during surgery.

Participants will be enrolled in the study for 30 days after their surgery. Before the surgery, the study doctor will have you complete a physical exam, lab tests, and surveys to see if the study is right for you. Following the surgery, you will return for a visit with the study doctor for a follow-up physical exam, lab tests, and surveys. Participants can earn up to $100.
