• Contact - If you are interested in discussing licensing opportunities, contact the Associate Director, Intellectual Property, who can send you additional non-confidential information and a confidentiality agreement.

• Confidentiality - Once you sign and return a confidentiality agreement, STOR can send confidential information, such as additional data sets and patent applications.

• Discussions - After you have received and evaluated the information, STOR can assist in establishing conference calls or in-person meetings for further discussions of the technology.

• Licensing - STOR structures licensing deals with existing companies or start-up ventures. Terms of licensing agreements will vary due to a variety of factors, such as time to market, market and profit potential, and capital investment.
