Review and approve expenditure transactions and labor distribution adjustments ensuring compliance with Sponsor guidelines. is responsible for the processing of the labor distribution of all RF Employee Assignment Forms, including regular employees, students and summer appointments, all Income Fund Reimbusable (IFR) forms, all salary cost share forms; will ensure that these forms are processed accurately and timely. Generate, distribute, collect and verify effort certifications.
