Review and approve expenditure transactions and labor distribution adjustments ensuring compliance with Sponsor guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for faculty and staff regarding information and training on all RF business processes, and addressing account questions or issues.

is responsible for preparing invoices based on sponsor requirements for billing. Prepare and submit financial reports. Address and follow up on Accounts Receivable issues.

Appointment Specialist

is responsible for the processing of the labor distribution of all RF Employee Assignment Forms, including regular employees, students and summer appointments, all Income Fund Reimbusable (IFR) forms, all salary cost share forms; will ensure that these forms are processed accurately and timely. Generate, distribute, collect and verify effort certifications.
