PAR-02-133 RAPID ASSESSMENT POST-IMPACT OF DISASTER (RAPID)

NIMH has extended the RAPID program announcement to remain active until December 2, 2005. In response to the extraordinary events surrounding Hurricane Katrina, the RAPID grants program will be used with maximum funding flexibility.

NSF- Small Grants for Exploratory Research (SGER): Hurricane Katrina

The National Science Foundation (NSF), within its Directorate for Engineering (ENG), is accepting Small Grants for Exploratory Research (SGER) proposals from the research community to support reconnaissance teams to enter the Gulf Coast disaster areas, when open, to capture data from Hurricane Katrina. Three ENG divisions are supporting this effort: the Division of Bioengineering and Environmental Systems (BES), the Division of Civil and Mechanical Systems (CMS), and the Division of Electrical and Communications Systems (ECS).
