Duties:
Provide investigators with appropriate information to facilitate the ethical conduct of research and review submissions for completeness of materials, adherence to institutional policies, procedures and federal regulations.
N.B.: The Protocol Examples section of the SBSIRB website now includes examples of complete protocols and appendices for investigators to browse and use for ideas in constructing their own protocols. If you are willing to allow your protocol to be posted for others to see and use, please send an e-mail to SBSIRB@research.buffalo.edu with your name, protocol number, and a statement that you give permission for the SBSIRB to post this protocol to the website.

SBSIRB Excel Format Form Package

All forms for SBSIRB submittal are now contained in this single file. By converting to this format the SBSIRB will be able to simplify the paper work by cutting down the number of different application types that need to be used by investigators as well as eliminating the need for redundant signatures.
