Animal Transfers

To report newly weaned, unweaned used, investigator transfer, IACUC transfer and the transfer of animals from other sources (institutions) please complete a "Special Arrangements Form". The use of unweaned pups and newly weaned animals should be reported on a monthly basis. These animals are charged against the investigator's IACUC number. Completed forms should be left with the floor supervisor or sent to the CM-LAF Main Office at 116 BEB.

Occasionally, unassigned animals are available at CM-LAF. To purchase animals from unassigned, please complete an "Unassigned Animal Form" and submit to the CM-LAF Purchasing Office at 220 BEB. Animals will be assigned and added to the PI's inventory upon receipt of the completed form.
